By using Design AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Design AI is an AI-powered design generation tool. Users upload images and text, and the service produces professionally designed design layouts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to images and text you upload. You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you upload. You may not upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
- Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Prices are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS).
7. Limitation of Liability
Design AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits or data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
