Subscription Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refunds for subsequent months are not available, but you may cancel at any time and continue using Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp with the email address used for your account.

Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire, so you can use them at any time. If Design AI discontinues the service, unused credits will be refunded pro-rata.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
